tree dwellers

un albero è una casa per una moltitudine di esseri.
recentemente mi sono sorpreso alla vista di un piccolo ragno in cammino sulla foglia di un tiglio, e che ci faceva a quell'ora di sera nel parco? :-)
alle elementari sotto alle placche della corteccia dei platani scoprivo piccoli insetti alati, bianchi e neri come Arlecchini in miniatura.
il muschio vellutato... e i licheni, come esseri di altri mondi, approdati su un albero come su di un pianeta a sé stante.
l'esuvia di una cicala uncinata al fusto di una quercia mi ricorda che si può morire per rinascere.

avvicina un albero e prova a contare quante forme di vita sostiene insieme alla sua. se non ti bastano quelle che vedi va' con la memoria e la fantasia a tutte quelle che riesci a immaginare col cuore.
ricorda che un albero contribuisce a sostenere anche la tua. di vita.

recently i was taken aback at the sight of a spider walking on the leaf of a linden tree, what was he doing in the park at that hour of the evening? :-)
while attending elementary school i used to find out tiny winged insects living underneath plane trees bark plates, like as many black and white miniature Harlequins.
velvety musk... and lichens, are like as many otherworldly beings landed on a tree as if on a world of its own.
a cicada's empty shell tightly anchored to the bark of an oak, reminds me that we can die to a new life.

approach a tree and try and figure out how many forms of life it is nurturing along with its own. if those you can see are not enough for you, try and remember or imagine as many as you can with your heart's knowledge.
and don't forget a tree is nurturing your life as well.
